idea came from a discussion i had regarding fox hunting, im very anti said 'sport'. then i got kate bush's hounds of love stuck in my head and this is the result.

empty purses

an idea i had after the past few months my purse seems to be my mortal enemy. therefore, subtly, they have almost been turned into monsters, devouring everything that is put in them. with the wallet i focused on the teeth and gums (made up by the zip) and with the purse the hinges have been turned into eyes, and the shape makes an almost snake-like head...

the lack of new work recently is due to a technical fault, i.e. my scanner being busted! as soon as i have the problem solved (and get back from holiday) there shall be lots of lovely new work. it is getting very frustrating as i have a load of drawings lying unfinished and unloved!
